The author explores the Internet dictionary of youth slang as a new type of mass communications. This type of communication is due to the new Self-centrism of the young generation, which has radically changed the character of Dialogic youth and media. This is manifested both at the level of knowledge of the latest techniques and technologies that make up media and information literacy, and at the level of socio-psychological adaptation of the individual in modern society. Mass communication has positive and negative conflict goals.
