Under the circumstances of the economic crisis there's a problem of employee's motivation and commitment retention. The goal of this research is to explore employee commitment dynamics, find changes in motives hierarchy stability occurred during six months period of the economic crisis. The differences in motivation of managers, specialists and workers were found. "Three forms of commitment" approach is used: normative, current and emotional forms. The new labour motivation diagnostics methods developed by social psychology department of South Ural State University are used in this article.
