China’s Experience in Applying Artifi cial Intelligence in Higher Music Education

Artifi cial intelligence is one of the most promising technological tools in China, supported by the state. Today, this technology is used in the fi eld of higher music education. It has been revealed that artifi cial intelligence in this fi eld performs many functions from evaluating student papers to forming a sample of recommended educational materials. It has been proven that the technology in question cannot replace a teacher due to its limited capabilities and the distrust it arouses among people of art. It is concluded that the capabilities of artifi cial intelligence make it possible to overcome the disadvantages of the current educational model of higher music education in China.
