The experience of conservative treatment of patients with scapulohumeral periarthrosis in view of myofascial pain dysfunctional syndrome

The results of conservative treatment of 60 patients with scapulohumeral periarthrosis are given in the work. The typical localization of trigger points has been revealed and the system of conservative stopping the myofascial pain dysfunctional syndrome in the shoulder has been developed. The system of inactivation of active trigger points in patients with scapulohumeral periarthrosis allows to decrease pain significantly or stop it completely over sufficiently short period of time and also to restore range of movements in the shoulder completely or to a considerable extent.
