Experience in the treatment of borderline mental disorders in patients with acute coronary syndrome

A pilot, randomized, prospective, comparative examination was performed in patients with acute coronary syndrome. Patients had the symptoms of adjustment disorder as type of depressive symptoms, generalized anxiety disorder, mixed anxietydepressive disorders. Basic therapy of acute coronary syndrome was carried out and they also received Tenoten. The results presented improvement in psychological status and quality of life.
