Experience of organizing professional upgrading courses of cultural workers as the implementation of informal education principles

The article considers the innovative experience of organizing and holding professional upgrading courses of cultural workers - the School of cultural workers. The authors consider the basic principles to which they adhered at organizing such courses and describe the mechanisms of their holding.
