Experience of organizing a students’ pedagogical team at the higher educational institution of culture

The article reflects the specifics of organizing the students’ pedagogical team «Warm heart» («Goryachee serdtse») at East Siberian state institute of culture. The stages of the team formation are considered, the priority activity directions are identified, the geography of the team’s activity is given, the possibility of involving the students of the correspondence course into its activity is described, the perspectives of its work are defined.
