Experience of transition to distance learning during the coronavirus pandemic

The paper examines the official statistics that indicate the low technical equipment of the population for remote education. The article presents the experience of the Siberian State University in the transition to distance learning in a difficult critical situation that developed in 2020 due to the pandemic. The authors of the paper formulate the main reasons for the complexity of the transition to distance learning and suggest ways to solve these problems.
