The article deals with the issues of practice-oriented training of future teachers for the implementation of spiritual and moral education in primary school, it seems to be one of the strategic principles of higher education. Using the research methods, we have substantiated the significance of the results of educational work of future primary school teachers with younger schoolchildren in the process of experimental project work aimed at the formation of spiritual and moral values in cooperation with employers. The article presents the specific experience of educational work of bachelor students in the extracurricular activities of elementary school, as well as its partial implementation in terms of a practice-oriented approach. The main effects and effectiveness of the project work have determined the further prospects for practice-oriented learning in the context of the issues under study, as well as for development of a wide range of competencies of future teachers and solution of professional tasks in teaching activities.
