The article is devoted to the teaching of psychological disciplines at the university, including distance learning. The article discusses ways to increase the cognitive activity of students, identifies effective methods of organizing learning. The article describes the pedagogical and educational activities, defines the goals of the scientific and pedagogical worker, as well as active teaching methods. The elements of teaching students in a distance learning format are shown. The article describes the elements of an interactive seminar session using a digital instrument, a method of using fiction, and a method of bibliotherapy.
