Experience of application of two-stage radioiodine therapy in high-differentiated thyroid cancer after nonradical surgery at the first stage

The article represents the experience in two-stage Radioiodine Therapy in case of high differentiated thyroid cancer after nonradical sergery at the first stage of treatment. The application of low-dose radioiodine therapy for the elimination of the excess volume of thyroid functional tissue after surgery is proved to be as efficient as recurrent surgery and results in fewer sequalaes.
