Individually-oriented treatment and rehabilitation strategy has been developed in the framework of technology of personalized therapy of patients with schizophrenia based on indicators of noninvasive bioimpedancometry. The results show high levels of body fat composition of patients taking olanzapine and risperidone. The clinical case of formation of visceral obesity in patients with schizophrenia during treatment with antipsychotics has been presented. The use of the technology of personalized therapy of patients with schizophrenia based on indicators of noninvasive bioimpedancometry allows optimizing and implementing individually oriented and specialized mental health care for the patient group and could become a model for developing similar technologies for other mental and behavioral disorders.
