Experience of using derivatives of squalene in patients with uterine myoma in perimenopau indoor-age period

A total of 127 patients with perimenopausal period with uterine myoma, whose average age was 49.2 + 1.6 years. The main group is assigned 68 patients with uterine cancer, which in the complex of therapeutic measures, along with hormonal therapy, used in the preparation containing derivatives of squalene. The control group consisted of 59 patients who received only hormonal therapy. Conclusion: The use of combination therapy in patients with uterine myoma in perimenopausal period has the greatest efficiency.
