The experience of interstitial electrostimulation use for treatment of orthopaedic-and-traumatological patients

The results of interstitial electrostimulation technique use have been analyzed for treatment of 250 orthopaedic-and-traumatological patients at the age of 11-75 years. High effectiveness of the technique has been revealed for the pain syndrome stopping, especially in the presence of myofascial trigger points. In case of posttraumatic or postoperative disorders of nerve conduction this technique is a method of choice, because it allows to repair the functional activity of paretic muscles effectively and within short time (at the expense of the spine area stimulation). Both inpatient and outpatient treatment is possible.
