This article highlights the using experience of simulation technologies in the "Internal Medicine" teaching. Today, a large number of foreign students, mainly from India and Jordan, study at the Karaganda Medical University. The language barrier, poor health of patients, cultural and religious traditions of both students and patients, often limits patient care in a clinical setting for foreign students. In this regard, simulation training is a reasonable solution and a necessary direction in the educational process. The purpose of this study was to study of "ACADEMIX" simulation program in "Internal Medicine" teaching to foreign bachelor students of the 4th year “General Medicine" educational program (EP). The simulation program effectiveness was assessed using an anonymous survey on satisfaction with simulation technologies after completing "Internal Medicine". When working with the ACADEMIX program, an animated patient who could speak English was displayed on the screen. The patient's appearance corresponded to a specific disease and the topic of the lesson. During such lessons, the student collected complaints and anamnesis, performed an objective examination, interpreted tests and instrumental examination data, and prescribed treatment. According to the results of the survey on the question "about satisfaction with simulation programs, how much they helped them to learn the topic of the lesson", almost 100% of foreign students noted the "high" quality of this program. Thus, the using of "ACADEMIX" program, gives an opportunity, mainly to foreign students, to acquire the necessary clinical skills, which ultimately helps to achieve the goal of "Internal Medicine".
