Currently, one of the tasks of library institutions is the formation and implementation of an effective youth personnel policy, which includes various types of motivation adapted to the structure and capabilities of a particular library. GBUK "Pushkin National Library of the Republic of Mordovia" has a successful experience in creating professional motivation for the realization of scientific and creative potential of youth.
