Post-Soviet countries experience in implementing new industrial policies

The world has come close to a shift in the innovative paradigm and a transition to a new technological way. Many countries have already created documents of strategic goal-setting and live in the realities of a new way of life or, at least, seek to transform the economy to its (way) goals and objectives. The most famous industrial politicians are now the German "Industry 4.0" and the Chinese "Made in China 2025". The article attempted to analyze the presence and scale of the experience of the post-Soviet countries in the formation and implementation of the strategic goal-setting of a new industrial policy. The relevance of the study is predetermined by the similarity of the basic conditions for entering the market economy thirty years ago, the close mentality of the working population, the strong integration of scientific schools, etc.
