Monitoring is considered as a way to explore the psychic reality and at the same time as a way to implementation of sphere of management by the formation and development of social and psychological competence of subjects of secondary and higher education on the basis of timely and quality information. Socio-psychological competences like metacompetence - integrated and concentrated system of socio-psychological skills, that provide conversion of man, is being addressed in the context of competence-oriented paradigm of modern vocational education.
