In work results of test of three options of inactivated emulsion vaccines against chlamydiosis of a cattle made on the basis of different adjuvant are stated. It is established that all examinees adjuvant form resistant emulsions with a chlamydial antigen. Vaccines made on their basis are sterile and harmless to laboratory animals. However, during experiment essential distinctions in viscosity a reactogenicity and antigenic activity of examinees of biological preparation are established.
