An experience of pre-trial and judicial establishment and proof of personal injury caused by consumption of drinking water containing hyperchlorination products

This paper suggests a method for establishment of personal injury caused by consumption of drinking water containing hyperchlorination products. The following steps are included: definition of water services conditions, associating the water services with established requirements, health risk assessment, analysis of medical aid appealability, clinical and functional examination, assessment of marker impurities blood content, analysis of laboratory tests appropriate to influence of water services of substandard quality, determination of cause-effect relations between the actions of water services performer and the consequences - personal injury. Proposed method for establishing and proving personal injury under the provision of water services of substandard quality can be used in judicial proceedings and in supervisory activities of sanitary and epidemiological investigation as well.
