The experience of vladimir region in the implementation of real estate redevelopment

The article deals with the problem of redevelopment of various types of real estate - industrial, residential and commercial. The relevance of the topic is due to the problems of modern trends in the development of urban areas, in which outdated buildings and economically unprofitable industrial zones are a problem for their transformation. In connection with the above, there is a need to improve the infrastructure of the city, including the use of redevelopment techniques. The purpose of the study was to analyze the experience of the region in implementing redevelopment projects. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were solved: the essence of redevelopment, the factors that are the causes of redevelopment were studied, its types and stages were considered, the advantages of redevelopment and the difficulties that exist in its implementation were analyzed. The object of the study is real estate objects on the territory of the Vladimir region. The subject of the study is a set of factors that contribute to the implementation of the project of converting buildings into popular residential, commercial and social real estate.
