Experience of social partnership interaction for the development of students’ subject position within the regional educational ecosystem

The article studies the content and structure of students' subject position. It outlines the components of the subject position and presents scholars' perspectives on the concepts of “subject” and subject position. The understanding of the term “ecosystem” is examined, along with the key factors that define it. Theoretical approaches to effective social partnership interaction are considered, as well as the experience of forming a regional educational ecosystem through collaboration between a classical university, secondary general education institutions, and a private center for additional education. The article describes an experiment aimed at shaping students' subject position through the implementation of joint activities by social partners. It provides a characterization of students' subject profiles and identifies the conditions necessary for developing a subject position. The study details various forms of interaction and presents real-world experiences of joint project implementation. Recommendations are provided for the further development of the regional educational ecosystem.
