Organizing activities to prevent extremism and terrorism among students of an institution of additional education for youth (from the experience of a teacher-psychologist of the state budgetary institution of additional education “Regional Center for Pre-Conscription Training of Youth for Military Service and Military-Patriotic Education of the Saratov Region”)

The author presents the areas of psychological and pedagogical work within the framework of the integrated activities of the state budgetary institution of additional education “Regional Center for PreConscription Training of Youth for Military Service and Military-Patriotic Education of the Saratov Region” to prevent the spread of extremist ideology and the involvement of young people in extremist and terrorist organizations. The content of the main activities is disclosed, their relationship is traced. A conclusion is made about the importance of such work in order to form a sustainable life position in the younger generation, manifested in intolerance to violence, discrimination, and readiness for dialogue.
