Organization of tutor’s activities in the educational system

The Introduction of standards of GTO (“Ready for labor and defense”) precedes the introduction of new staff positions in educational institutions - tutоr of GTO. In the article the author reflects on the distinction between official and functional responsibilities of Tutor of GTO, and the question naturally arises: do all educational institutions need tutоr and what kind of duties he should be endowed with. Responsibilities should lead to the final result not only for educational institutions and most importantly for a group of children or an individual child in particular. There is a need to understand the difference between official and functional duties, because such understanding improves the quality not only of work, but also of relations between the participants of the educational process and shows respect to various values of the society.
