The article justifies the need to manage the vocational and pedagogical adjustment of university graduates at the municipal educational institution, to create a number of pedagogical conditions for its successful undergoing. One of these currently important conditions is rendering of remote-consultative assistance to university graduates. The article addresses a problem of main concern of vocational adjustment of classical university graduates, its types, sorts, stages of passage of adaptive processes, principles of providing of remote-consultative assistance to young teachers, difficulties and contradictions of their social and vocational adjustment
