Organization and use of lands of specially protected natural territories: specifics and problems of legal regulation

In the article, the author analyzes the specifics and problems of using the lands of specially protected natural territories. According to the results of the study, the author came to the conclusion that the legal regulation of the organization and use of lands, specially protected natural territories, as well as in general, the legal regime of specially protected natural territories has a complex character, but contains a number of drawbacks: the mechanism of organization of specially protected natural territories is insufficiently developed; there are no legal restrictions on economic activities carried out within the boundaries of specially protected natural territories that are at the design stage and others.
