Organization and procedure of the mediation procedure

The article deals with the rules of the organization of mediation procedure and the order of its conduct: stages, phases. The role and essence of each of the three existing stages is described, and the actions necessary for a particular stage of the procedure are also listed. The article highlights the circumstances under which the mediation procedure can be terminated. The problems associated with the organization and conduct of the procedure and ways to solve them are highlighted.
