The model of organization of the system of internal evaluation of the quality of education in Kartalinian multisectoral college is considered. This College realizes social and business partnership based on the principles of network interaction. One of the components of the system of internal evaluation of the quality of education is to assess the individual achievements of students. The criterion-based approach to assessing the quality of education is proposed as a tool for monitoring.
