Organization of control over the level of formation of foreign language communicative competence of students of non-linguistic universities

The article is devoted to the study of the content and forms of organization of control of students' proficiency in foreign language communicative competence in non-linguistic higher educational institutions. The article presents the results of a study devoted to the organization of control in the process of teaching the academic subject "Foreign Language" at the Siberian Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The forms of organization of control are described. The principles of formation of assessment materials are listed. A conclusion is made about the effectiveness of the application of the developed methodological tools for the effective implementation of control over the formation of skills at different stages of learning foreign language.
