Organization of medical care to patients, underwent acute myocardial infarction in the conditions of introduction preferential drug provision

Objective: identification of the relationship between the receipt of preferential drug provision and the development of recurrent vascular events and hospitalizations according to the data of the survey of patients who had suffered myocardial infarction. Material and methods. The study included 304 respondents (68% men, age 62 [47; 72] years, 63.4% - rural residents). At the time of the survey, 74.3% of the respondents were eligible for preferential drug provision. A sociological study using an original questionnaire was implemented through individual oral interviews.
