Organization of medical aid for workers of industrial enterprises in contemporary conditions

The article deals with the problem of modern medical care for the working population. It presents the data concern¬ing organization of medical care for workers of oil producing and oil-refining industry, and tendencies of development of medical organizations various in property forms in the system of rendering medical aid for the employees. It has been determined that the processes of medical care for the industrial workers need to be optimized, and it is possible in the united economic-organizing system that allows to provide succession and complete correspondence to medical and social needs of the working population.
