Organization of scientific and practical conferences as an innovative direction of professional preparation of master's degree students

Currently, the development of innovative technologies in the mechanism of professional preparation of personnel in the field of physical education and sports is a prerequisite for the implementation of the state strategy for the development of sports industry and ensuring the competitiveness of higher sports education. It especially concerns the implementation of Master's programs. The article examines the effectiveness of such form of preparation for Master's Degree students of the educational directions 49.04.01 Physical Education and 49.04.03 Sports as the organization and holding of scientific and practical conferences.
