Organization of practical training at a cultural university: career growth trajectories of students

The scientific article discusses current issues of organizing practical training for students at a cultural university in order to improve the quality of educational activities. The requirements of the modern labor market that a cultural specialist must meet are determined. Practical training is considered as a form of organizing educational activities during the development of the main educational program. The author comes to the conclusion that the organization of practical training in the context of project based and socially significant activities increases the level of professional training of a cultural specialist, develops practical skills and competencies in the profile of the relevant educational program, which generally affects his competitiveness in the labor market.
