In the article, this research is devoted to the organization of the work of the legal service to ensure the safety of property in Russia and abroad. The Legal Service is one of the most important divisions in the activities of any business entity. Market conditions, other principles of organization and activity of the organization dictate new working conditions. The purpose of this study is to show the importance of the role of the legal service, as well as ways to fill this gap.
