The organization of student's group curator work at higher education institution

The transition to the educational standards of the third generation and the increased amount of the student's independent work cause the necessity to train an active personality able to develop creativity and choose the course of life independently. At a higher education institution the educational process is planned and organized along with the training and scientific activities. The problems the students have at university such as the problems that are connected with the educational process at university, with interpersonal conflicts and the relations in a group, participation of student's group in public and cultural and mass work of higher education institution are solved by the curator. On the basis of the studied theoretical works of modern scientists and teachers the roles and functions of the curator in a students' group are defined. The curator's responsibilities are described and the guidelines for curators in higher education institution are offered.
