The article considers the organization of activity of the centre for psychological and educational support of children with disabilities "Crystal Rainbow", functioning in kindergarten No. 5 "Khrustalik" in Ulan-Ude. Lekotek "Crystal Rainbow" is a new form of preschool education, its novelty consists in creation and implementation of organizational psychological and pedagogical conditions for accompanying preschool children with disabilities, and preschoolers with neurotypical development, who do not attend preschool educational institutions. Remedial work with children is built with regard to their psychophysical development and has a complex nature, i. e. carried out by such specialists of the centre as educational psychologist, special needs teacher, instructor in adapted physical education.
