Organization of the work of the veterinary laboratory with the customer of research (testing)

The article presents the results of studying the organization of the work of the department for working with the customer and handling research objects, the procedure for processing documents, the main stages of handling research (test) objects, and the functions of department specialists. The department is a structural subdivision of the veterinary laboratory. Handling of research objects includes: receiving a sample and filling out an application from the customer, organizing mutual settlements, in the case of providing a paid laboratory service, registering the accepted sample, drawing up a task for conducting research, entering information about the upcoming research into the federal state information system, transferring samples to departments, formation and execution of a test report, issuance of a test report to the customer, which complies with the principles of Good laboratory practice.
