The traditional higher education institution trajectory comes into contradiction with growing personification of specialist's training process and tendencies of specialist's individual professional and personal formation and development. In the article theoretical aspects of arranging pedagogical communication aimed at facilitating student's independent learning and cognitive activity are considered. The mechanism of the subject disclosure, historic and logic integrity that predefines understanding the latter and the quality of specialists' professional training is proposed.
