Organization of social practice of high school students as a means of forming a conscious choice of profession

The article reveals the possibility and the need for professional tests for graduate students who have chosen to study subjects at an advanced level, which helps them not only to acquire basic information about specific types of professional activity, but also to get the opportunity to try themselves in the performance of one or more elements of their chosen professional activity. It is concluded that such tests provide students with the opportunity of conscious professional self-determination. The author gives some recommendations about the organization of social professional teams at school for carrying out professional tests.
