Organization of the students' firm of catering service as a field of professional cooperation of ''Industrial ecology and biotechnologies'' and 'Service'' students

The article presents the experience of students’ catering service firm creation. The students are would-be specialists of the public catering enterprises but belong to different consolidated training groups. This students’ firm is a real production setting for students’ competences formation in the public catering sphere. The author makes a conclusion that students’ firm is a joint project of two kinds of students’ training in the Chelyabinsk state college of food industry and trade. It allows to demonstrate would-be specialists’ professionalism and competence in the workplace.
