The article presents the classification of the normative and legal acts, teaching and methodical documentation, which allows to structure the teaching and methodical complex of the vocational educational institution. The author studies the possibilities to use the automated system ‘1C:College’ for electronic base formation, to automate the management of the teaching and methodical activity of the vocational educational institution.
