The article deals with problems of implementation of organizational changes related to organizational dynamics. The essence of organizational dynamics, shows the relationship of organizational dynamics, and innovative leadership. The role of the leader as the locomotive of the innovation process in the formation of an innovative environment and efficient team of like-minded people. Based on the examples of team work method is justified to achieve an effective result of organizational changes.
