The results of research of coupling functions for organizational culture are given in the form of six blocks with a methodological assessment of organizational culture of «OCAI», which are rules of organizational structure; leader relations in respect to motivation in the company; style of culture management; binding essence of the company of an enterprise type; attention and expectation updating; criteria of success and adoption of the administrative decision. Frame designs of competing values are developed.
