The organizational culture of innovation activity

The article discusses to concept of innovation and its futures in modern conditions. The mechanisms of motivation activity are presented. The role of organizational culture in motivating the innovation activity of a modern enterprise is shown. A mechanism for determining the existing and desirable organizational culture by 12 characteristics is proposed. A test was developed to determine the characteristics. Measures are proposed to eliminate inconsistencies between the characteristics of an existing and desirable organizational culture. Examples of using the proposed mechanism for determining and adjusting organizational culture in four organizations involved in innovative activities are considered.
