University organizational culture in the context of diagnostics and forming of student readiness to work at modern enterprise conditions

The problem of stable connection absence between professional education and labour-market is of high importance at the present time. In this context, the author examines differences between organizational cultures of educational institutions and business enterprises. Assimilation of business values during the educational period of youths is offered as a part of the adaptation process for future job.
