The authors of the article analyze the main theoretical approaches to understanding and shaping organizational culture, including models and methods that identify errors that reduce productivity and the success of interaction between the workforce of cultural institutions and provide recommendations for their elimination. Special attention is paid to the practical aspects of the formation of modern HR management in cultural institutions and the introduction of effective organizational culture in their activities. The article provides methods for assessing and changing organizational culture, as well as its impact on employee motivation, innovation, and adaptation to changes in the external environment. It becomes the basis for innovation and a creative approach to the work of the staff of the cultural institution. Great importance is attached to the formation of ethical values and social responsibility among future specialists, and methods of forming organizational culture skills among graduates of universities in the field of culture are being considered. The authors of the article note the need to apply and develop effective corporate practices in the training of students of cultural universities to improve team building. In conclusion, the importance of strategic management of organizational culture is emphasized in order to achieve sustainable success and increase the competitiveness of cultural institutions in modern conditions.
