The organizational model for cooperation of enterprises in the supply chain

The article considers a problem of choosing and practical application of organizational tools for creating supply chains. The experience of different countries in the organization of supply chains is provided. The process of integration of economic entities into effective supply chains taking into account regional features and principles is analyzed in detail. The paper presents an approach for building a multistage model of partnership relations, based on the cooperation of participants in the supply chain. An organizational model for cooperation of participants in the supply chain is developed on the basis of results, motivators and factors that make it necessary to create a supply chain. The relevance of cooperation of companies in the supply chain is determined. Three main levels of possible cooperation are identified: coordination in the field of supply, coordination of a number of subdivisions, and an optimal level of cooperation for creating a supply chain. A systematic list of business processes corresponding to each level is given. The paper will be useful to managers and enterprises working in the field of logistics and supply, as well as to all specialists interested in this area, as it contains practical recommendations for creating supply chains and arranging cooperation with suppliers.
