Three main levels of possible cooperation are identified: coordination in the field of supply, coordination of a number of subdivisions, and an optimal level of cooperation for creating a supply chain. A systematic list of business processes corresponding to each level is given. The paper will be useful to managers and enterprises working in the field of logistics and supply, as well as to all specialists interested in this area, as it contains practical recommendations for creating supply chains and arranging cooperation with suppliers.
