Organizational model for checkup of patients at dispensary department of tomsk clinical psychiatric hospital

In this paper, the processes carried out at the dispensary department of Tomsk Clinical Psychiatric Hospital for patients with cognitive disorders are discussed in detail. Unified modeling language and standard for description of business processes IDEF0 were used for formalization and visualization of checkup processes. Actual model for diagnostics and monitoring of patients can be modified by incorporation of Web-service. Remote monitoring of cognitive disorders will not replace conventional visits to the dispensary department, but significantly reduce the number of visits, the spent time for checkup of patients, the costs for patients and families, and will increase the efficiency of interaction of physicians and patients.
