Organizational-economic aspects of the management of human potential of the organizations

The article is considered the problem of the management of human potential from different points of view. The close attention is paid to the human strategy in this case. Human potential is presented as one of the most important parts of the national wealth of the developed countries of the contemporary world. It is proved that when the complexity and planning sequence should be taken into account the following aspects: serialization of the proposed methodology, the development of a mechanism for planning, the monitoring and management of individual transformations.
