The material in this paper is the result of continuing research on the topic: «Transformation of the regional market of tourist services in the context of digital economic development». The theoretical and methodological foundations of the functioning of the regional market of tourist services in the context of digital development are presented in the article [12]. The work [11] presents the results of the approbation of the author’s methodology for studying the state of the regional market of tourist services1 on the example of the Orel region; as a result, the problematic fields of its functioning are highlighted. Taking into account [10], and in continuation of the research, this article develops, details and presents strategic priorities for the transformation of the regional market of tourist services in the context of digital economic development, in accordance with which a target structured model of the regional market of tourist services has been developed. Taking into account the specifics of its functioning and strategic priorities, an organizational and economic mechanism for implementing the transformation of the regional tourism services market in the context of digital economic development has been developed. The central element of the mechanism is the formation of a distribution system through the organization of a Digital Tourism Portal in the region, which will provide businesses with a digital environment and digital resources, communication tools with consumers, and consumers with a platform where they will receive up–to-date and complete information about the parameters and variety of tourist services provided by regional market participants and will be able to book them. The practical value of the proposed approach, model and application of the mechanism is to adapt the tourism services market to the conditions of digital economic development and to increase the efficiency of its functioning. The application of the proposed mechanism will lead to an intensification of the activities of subjects and the sale of regional tourist products and services, an increase in economic activity in the region.
